An open root chakra is necessary for us to have the platform to undo some of our deeper emotional blocks.

Located just below the belly button close to the pubic bone, Emotionally, this chakra is connected to our feelings of self-worth, and even more specifically, our self-worth around pleasure, sexuality, and creativity. Unblocking this chakra is key to helping us overcome our insecurities and denial of pleasure as well as the guilt we may have around this.

Love and connection

Heart Chakra

Located right in the middle of the chest and right in the middle of the chakra system, this chakra bridges the lower and upper parts of the energy system. It is responsible for our ability to love and connect to others. Unblocking this area is vital to us being able to unlock our empathy and compassion.

Higher awareness, connection with cosmic intelligence

Crown Chakra

This chakra is located right on the top of our head and is the chakra of enlightenment and represents our connection to our life’s purpose and spirituality. When this chakra is open, it is thought to help keep all the other chakras open and to bring the person bliss and enlightenment. Moving up all the chakras is key to being able to unlock the crown chakra and bring ultimate fulfilment and joy.
